I for one LOVED Beowulf. Most people know I'm a closet nerd, which doesn't really put me in the closet. And she used the word Stud Muffin- Vikki Bolles

Given the fact that it was a 4th century work of pop culture and that it had a purpose in being intertwined with christanity, all in all i would have to say that it was a preety good read. Greg King

but i think vikings suck im more with james bond kindof style but i give what i read a 6 OUT OF 10 thats how i roll son. LarVelle

I didnt enjoy it but i will say i did, just to make Mr. Price happy! –Tina Spedden

Scott spelled opinion wrong.. just letting everyone know. Jordan

Beowulf was actually pretty good. Easy, too, when you consider that the version our class read was a truncated (aha, vocab word) and translated one. Mary

Well, I didn't actually read the book (or poem, whatever) but I assume it was garbage. I mean, if it found its way into a high school English textbook. Dominick

the scene that i actually did read made me feel pretty good about myself because i didn't understand it at all. Spencer

Anyway, yeah i just got done reading the sparknotes for the story, and it seemed pretty wack. One of those stories that you get assigned in English class and quickly come to realize that you don't wanna read it. Dylan

But from what i can remember is that i didnt like that you couldnt get a good description of grendel, and knowing my luck we had to come up our own version of him on our project. Thank you Mr.Price for that one. Stephen G

You've read (hopefully) about Beowulf and his adventures: He's ripped arms off, cut heads off, and poked a dragon. Some of you read it in one sitting and others did everything they could to avoid it. Now, it's time to express your true feelings for this Viking hunk. Comment on what you liked about it, hated about it, or whatever. Be honest! You won't in trouble for hating it or loving it. Again, 50 words. Please take a second to answer the poll question.
